These Terms govern your use of the NatalProfile bot on Telegram. By using the bot, you agree to these Terms.
1. General
1.1. NatalProfile ("bot", "service") provides personal astrological reports based on data you provide.
1.2. The bot is provided "as is," without any warranties.
1.3. Using the bot means you have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Service Description
2.1. To receive a report, you fill out a form with requested data (name, gender, date/time/place of birth, etc.).
2.2. Based on your data, the bot performs astrological calculations and generates a PDF report.
2.3. The report is sent to you in chat within 24 hours.
2.4. Report types include full natal, basic natal, career, compatibility, and child chart.
3. Disclaimer
3.1. All reports are for informational and analytical purposes only. They are not:
- Medical, psychological, or professional advice;
- Predictions or guarantees of future events;
- A basis for life-changing decisions.
3.2. You are solely responsible for any decisions based on report information.
3.3. We are not liable for any consequences arising from report use or interpretation.
4. Payments and Refunds
4.1. Some reports may require payment. Prices are displayed in the bot interface.
4.2. Payment is processed via Telegram-integrated payment systems.
4.3. Due to the digital nature of the service (personalized reports), refunds are not issued after report delivery, except in cases of technical failure.
4.4. If a report is not generated due to our fault, a full refund will be issued.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Provide false information;
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the bot;
- Use the bot for illegal purposes.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate these Terms.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is always available at this link: https://t.me/natalprofile_bot. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
